Anne created The Moving Touch and has been practicing Chi Nei Tsang, Shiatsu, Somatics and TRE® in Hong Kong since 2010. She is delighted to meet you at Balance Health where she offers private sessions and group classes.
Anne has studied traditional Zen Shiatsu since 2004 with K. Sasaki, a Japanese Master. She believes that in healing well-being matters, there is a strong relationship between the mind and the body, as well as between a living being and its environment. In addition, she has learned Chi Nei Tsang from a Thai Master (Abdominal Chi Detox massage coupled with deep breathing).
Aldo is an intuitive hypnotherapist with broad international experience. In his practice of hypnosis, Aldo combines a strong foundation from years of training in all fields of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, with his sensitive intuition and ability to understand an individual’s emotional, mental, spiritual and physical energy body.
His special intuition allows him to go very deep in his exploration of the subconscious and his years as an experienced hypnotherapist provide him with the tools to effectively assist and help unleash one’s full potential.

Dr. Clara Chan is a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner. Clara deeply believes that based on TCM theory, mind and body are well connected. Through using appropriate TCM intervention, the energy within the patients could be enhanced and in turn expedite their self-healing process. When the Yin and Yang of their mind and body is balanced, their health will be fully restored.
